Currently, you can only get heavy core from the vault blocks in Minecraft. Here's how:
1. First, find a Trial Chamber in your world by exploring the overworld caves.
2. Then, look for a Trial Spawner that spawns the Breeze. It is always surrounded by four Tuff blocks and often spawns in large rooms.
3. Once the Breeze spawns, defeat it to collect the Trial Key from its spawner. You might have to defeat multiple mobs before you get it.
4. Alternatively, you can also explore the decorated pots and chests to collect it.
5. After collecting the key, use it on the Vault block to collect its loot. You can find vaults in long corridors of the chambers.
As per the tests by Minecraft Wiki and our verification, there is only a 2% chance of getting the Heavy Core from a vault. Moreover, you cannot reopen the same vault more than once. So, you will have to explore more than one chamber to get this rare block.
Tips to Find Trial Chambers

- Trial Chambers often spawn away from the cave biomes of Minecraft. So, it's best to avoid lush and dripstone caves while looking for them.
- Most chambers generate between the world height of Y=-40 and -20. Looking in this area increases your chances of finding this structure.
- Since all chambers generate quite deep in the overworld, it's important to keep a diamond pickaxe around. It ensures that you are never trapped
