  • Chiseled Copper
  • Copper Bulb
  • Copper Door
  • Copper Grate
  • Copper Trapdoor

Much like existing copper blocks, all of the upcoming blocks also have different states of oxidation. Keeping that in mind, you can craft 40 new copper blocks when Minecraft 1.21 comes out.

Crafting Recipe of Chiseled Copper Block

Chiseled copper blocks take the regular building blocks to a new level by adding detailed design to all of their faces. Follow these simple steps to craft these blocks in Minecraft:

1. First, place four copper blocks in a square format to turn them into cut copper blocks.

2. Then, fill any row of the crafting grid with cut copper blocks to turn them into slabs.

3. Finally, place two slabs vertically next to each other to turn them into chiseled copper blocks. Since this recipe only includes two ingredients, you can also craft it within the player inventory.

How to Make Copper Bulb in Minecraft

Copper bulbs are a unique type of light blocks in Minecraft that can remain active even without a power source. Here's how to craft them:

1. First, search and mine Redstone ore blocks to get Redstone dust. This ore spawns most commonly at the world height of Y=-64.

2. Then, make a Nether portal in Minecraft and visit the Nether dimension. There, find and kill Blazes to get one Blaze rod. These hostile mobs only spawn in the Nether fortress structure.

3. Then, combine nine copper ingots to make a block of copper. You need three copper blocks to craft a copper bulb.

4. Finally, surround the Blaze rod with copper blocks and Redstone dust in the 3x3 crafting grid. With that, your copper bulb is ready to use.

Crafting Recipe of Copper Door

Making copper doors in Minecraft is really easy. Simply fill up two adjacent columns of the crafting grid with copper blocks to turn them into copper doors. This recipe consumes 6 copper blocks to give out 3 copper doors. But, unlike iron doors, you don't need a Redstone signal to open them.

Copper Trapdoor

The crafting recipe for trapdoors is quite similar to the recipe for doors. You just need to fill two adjacent rows of the crafting grid with copper blocks to turn them into copper trapdoors. Much like other copper recipes, trapdoors also support all states of oxidation.

Copper Grates

Irrespective of what you make you use to make your base, it cannot be complete without a window. Plus, if you want to make such a window unique, then look no further than copper grates. They are grid-like blocks with multiple openings on all sides, which makes them easier to see through.

To craft them, simply place four copper blocks inside the 3x3 crafting grid, leaving the middle and corner slots empty. You can use copper blocks with different oxidation states. The crafting recipe remains the same in every case.
